How do we work? We've decided to record a series of videos,to convey exactly how we work and what exactly we do at each stage of design:
Our work starts with what we ask from you. How the measurements are taken, and what to expect from our planning.
After the planning is approved, do we immediately move on to the visualization album? No, we discuss your interior vision in detail, document your preferences with references, and only then proceed to the visualization album. Visualizations are one of the most enjoyable stages because we create what we will further build upon.
Once the visualization album is approved, we're ready to work on the blueprints.
By the way, the foreman with this album will be able to calculate the cost of construction works. That's something to look forward to=)
This album serves as the foundation, over which engineers (if involved) actively work. HERE is an approximate list of the working documentation you'll receive.
Once the visualizations are approved and the initial blueprints are complete, we can proceed to construction. If you plan to postpone construction, we recommend revisiting the selections later. In a standard project, there will be a list of all elements. Specific item selections are only included in packages №3 and №4 (note from YD). The list of project elements and the selection with specific items is located HERE
All blueprints are for individual elements such as built-in furniture, cabinets, technical specifications for curtains, and so on, which we have decided to manufacture ourselves rather than purchase. You can see the full list of technical blueprints HERE
All purchased items such as furniture, decorative lighting, and sofas. This is the most enjoyable stage where you can physically touch many materials that will be used in your interior. The list is available HERE
Artwork, vases, and all details selection.
Selecting a foreman, as well as all subcontractors, is a very important matter. We have a large arsenal of specialists whom we involve in the project and the implementation of our objects.
Author's supervision – is the control by the author of the design project to ensure that the project works correspond to the approved design project.
Unfortunately, without author's supervision, we cannot guarantee that the project will be implemented as we designed it together. Therefore, we strongly recommend not to finish working with the designer at the design stage.
If you still have questions about collaborating with YD Interior Studio, you can reach out to us by writing on the studio's Telegram or Instagram or email.
Faq
Author's supervision involves the author verifying the compliance of the constructed project with the approved design.
There is also technical oversight, which involves ensuring that the work (and materials) comply with building norms, quality standards, and technical work plans.
Technical oversight for large construction projects is carried out by a specialist (or a group of specialists) with a background in construction and experience; in low-rise construction, it is usually the developer himself.
YD Interior Studio only provides author's supervision.
