The duration of the project

The duration of the renovation depends on several factors:

 

• The speed of completing the renovation works. 
• The speed of payment for the renovation works and materials. 
• The speed of providing adjustments by the architect during author's supervision.

The last point is our responsibility.

We advise signing contracts and discussing timelines with each subcontractor. Overall, from project to implementation, it can take anywhere from eight to 18 months.
